Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and unused visits roll forward.
What if I don’t want ongoing care?
One-time visits and lab reviews are available, though most patients find memberships provide better value and continuity.
Are labs included in the membership?
Lab interpretation and ongoing review are included with membership. The cost of labs themselves may vary depending on testing and insurance coverage.
What happens if I don’t use all my visits?
Unused membership visits may remain available as visits for up to 12 months or convert to wellness credits that can be applied toward services or products.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Memberships are a 6-month commitment. After your term ends, you may transition to our Core Membership which is only available to those who have completed one of the other memberships or choose to discontinue care.
What Vitamin options are available?
We offer two categories of vitamin injections based on your level of care and wellness goals.
Foundational vitamin injections support general wellness and are included with all memberships during membership visits. These include options such as B12, B-Complex, Vitamin D3, Biotin, Toradol, and Zofran.
Restorative vitamin injections are designed for metabolic, detoxification, and cellular optimization goals. These include Fat Burner (MIC), CoQ10, Glutathione, Trifecta, NAD+, and Tri-Immune. These injections are included with Elevate, Remedy and Couple’s memberships.
