Get the Answers You Need

Welcome to the FAQs page, where you'll find answers to common questions about our services, approach, and how to get started on your wellness journey. If you don't find what you're looking for here, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

How do I become a patient?

Getting started is simple. Your journey begins with a 45-minute initial consultation, where we’ll dive into your health goals, concerns, and lifestyle. From there, we’ll create a personalized plan tailored to your needs. You can book your first appointment by calling us at 956-452-1730 for more information—no referrals or insurance needed.

The initial consultation is $200 which is required to reserve your New Patient Visit. This fee is non-refundable.

Do you accept insurance?

Remedy Wellness is a cash-based practice, which means we don’t accept insurance. This allows us to offer more personalized, in-depth care without the limitations of traditional insurance models. You’ll receive focused support, extended visits, and treatment plans tailored specifically to you. We’re happy to provide a superbill you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

Do you offer Telehealth visits?

Yes! Some of our services are available through HIPAA-compliant Telehealth visits, so you can get the care you need from the comfort of home. It’s flexible, convenient, and still deeply personalized—no matter where you are.

Flor Zuviri PA-C is licensed in the state of Texas.

What is your cancellation policy?

To respect both your time and ours, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer that time to another patient who may be waiting for care.

Please note the following fees apply for late cancellations or missed appointments:
New Patient Visit – The deposit is non-refundable
Follow-Up Visit – A $150 cancellation fee will be charged

How it Works

Navigate Your Path
to Wellness

01

Initial Consultation

Your journey begins with a comprehensive 45-minute consultation focused on understanding the full picture of your health, not just isolated symptoms.

During this visit, we take the time to explore your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, and goals in depth. We’ll talk through what you’ve been experiencing, what you’ve already tried, and what you want to change, so nothing important is overlooked.

Every patient also completes a comprehensive set of labs, allowing us to move beyond guesswork and gain clear insight into how your body is functioning beneath the surface. This information becomes the foundation for a personalized plan designed specifically for you.

This visit sets the roadmap for your care moving forward.

02

Personalized Plan Development

After your initial consultation and lab work, we bring everything together to create a care plan designed specifically for your body and your goals.

About one week later, we meet to review your results in detail, connecting your symptoms, labs, and lifestyle patterns to what’s actually happening inside your body. From there, we outline clear, actionable recommendations and determine the level of support that will best help you move forward, whether that’s foundational care, guided progress, or more comprehensive optimization.

You’ll leave this visit with clarity, direction, and a plan that feels realistic, intentional, and tailored, not generic or one-size-fits-all.

This is where your care truly begins.

03

Ongoing Care & Regular Sessions

With your personalized plan in place, we move into ongoing care designed to support real, sustainable progress.

Through regular sessions, we monitor how your body is responding, review trends, and make thoughtful adjustments as needed. These visits allow us to refine your plan, address challenges as they arise, and ensure you’re moving forward with clarity and confidence, not guesswork.

For patients seeking consistent guidance and long-term results, our wellness memberships provide structured, ongoing care and accountability. This approach allows us to work together over time, ensuring your plan evolves with you and your health goals.

04

Progress Evaluation and Adjustments

Your body changes over time and your care should adapt with it.

As you move forward, we regularly evaluate your progress, review lab work when appropriate, and reassess how your body is responding to your plan. This allows us to make informed adjustments, address plateaus or new concerns, and align your care with both your current needs and long-term goals.

Whether you’re experiencing breakthroughs or navigating challenges, this step ensures your care remains responsive, intentional, and guided so you’re never left guessing what to do next.

This is how care evolves as you do.
