EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR MEMBERSHIP

THE COMMITMENT
All memberships are a 6-month commitment. Real change in your body takes time. Six months gives us enough room to see your labs shift, your symptoms improve, and your plan actually work.

PAY-IN-FULL OPTION
Prefer to handle it all at once? You can pay your full 6-month membership upfront at sign-up — no monthly drafts, no card updates, no thinking about it again until renewal. Ask the front desk to set it up.

HOW BILLING WORKS
Your card on file is auto-drafted monthly from your original purchase date. So if you sign up on the 12th, you'll be billed on the 12th of each month going forward. If your card needs to be updated, just let the front desk know.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP VISITS

Each visit can be booked virtually or in-person, whichever fits your life that month. Visits are designed for ongoing care: reviewing labs, adjusting protocols, checking in on goals, or working through new symptoms. Membership visits are always with Flor Zuviri PA-C. At the end of the term, unused membership visits may remain as visits for up to 12 months after the membership term.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

Aesthetic consults, pellet visits, IV appointments, and peptide/weight loss follow-ups are separate services, booked and paid for individually. Lab costs are also billed separately and are not included in your membership. Your membership discounts still apply where eligible.

DIRECT MESSAGING WITH FLOR

(ELEVATE & REMEDY MEMBERS ONLY)

Members have direct access to message Flor through the Spruce App for quick questions, protocol clarifications, or guidance between visits, not for new concerns that need a full visit. Responses are within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.

SICK VISITS

Feeling unwell? Members get same-day $50 sick visits with priority scheduling. Just call or message us to request a sick visit, and we'll handle it asynchronously. A prescription will be sent to your pharmacy when appropriate. No urgent care lines, no PCP wait times.

USING YOUR DISCOUNTS

Membership discounts apply automatically at checkout on eligible supplements, peptides, pellets, IVs, and aesthetic services. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or sale pricing.

YOUR $200 PREMIUM SERVICE CREDIT

Use your $200 credit toward any premium service of your choice: microneedling, chemical peels, hair restoration, Revitawave, Ignite Shot.

YOUR SIGNATURE IVS

(REMEDY MEMBERS ONLY)

Choose any 2 Signature IVs from our menu per contract term. Schedule them whenever you need them, recovery week, travel prep, post-illness, or just a reset.

MEMBER PERK BEYOND THE VISIT

VITAMIN OPTIONS AVAILABLE

We offer two categories of vitamin injections based on your level of care and wellness goals.

Foundational vitamin injections support general wellness and are included with all memberships during membership visits. These include options such as B12, B-Complex, Vitamin D3, Biotin, Toradol, and Zofran.

Restorative vitamin injections are designed for metabolic, detoxification, and cellular optimization goals. These include Fat Burner (MIC), CoQ10, Glutathione, Trifecta, NAD+, and Tri-Immune. These injections are included with Elevate, Remedy and Couple’s memberships.
